Operating Supervisor-Facilities & Field Services O&M Queens

The Operating Supervisor will direct all Facilities Mechanic activities for the assigned location, satellite support areas, and other locations as directed. Reinforce Con Edisons Safety Vision for Zero Harm and conduct monthly safety meetings. Interface with stakeholders daily, perform mandated regular equipment inspections and preventive maintenance, perform various troubleshooting activities, support capital and maintenance projects, perform mandated safety inspections, telecommunication installations and repair activities. Provide Section Manager with accurate and timely information concerning activities and performance. Assist with regional operating activities associated with developing and reviewing performance in relation to the departments goals and standards. Prioritize various field operations including seasonal snow removal and yard maintenance & periodic inspections. Administer and communicate operating procedures, engineering, plans, and specifications to ensure proper maintenance of facilities.
