Work You’ll Do As a Project Senior Manager, Functional Transformation on the project, you will: Lead the day-to-day execution of a large, complex program, driving operational excellence, stakeholder coordination, and delivery against contractual and business requirements. Lead overall program execution, overseeing operational performance, delivery quality, and alignment to strategic objectives. Manage stakeholder relationships across client and internal teams, facilitating coordination, issue resolution, and informed decision-making. Drive implementation of contractual requirements, ensuring deliverables, processes, and program activities are executed effectively and on schedule. Monitor program performance, risks, and dependencies, and lead corrective actions to address operational challenges and maintain continuity. Provide leadership to cross-functional teams, supporting workforce management, performance oversight, and continuous improvement across program operations.
