Meet your team This is an exciting opportunity for students to join our SAP Technical Support team. From the SAP office located in Budapest or from your home, you will provide functional/ business related and technical support to our customers worldwide, perform root cause analysis and report errors to SAP Development organization. Supporting global customers means we are a diverse workforce that are highly motivated and passionate about delivering top class customer experiences. This position is highly client-focused and fast-paced with no one day the same. You get know business processes and transactions in the areas of accounting and finance in the SAP system Engaging with customers by utilizing real-time channels and tools to support them on this area Analyzing cases, perform in-depth troubleshooting to identify and solve complex technical and business issues Collaboration with fellow support colleagues and other internal organizations to provide superior customer service Ability to work at least 24 hrs/week – you get the flexibility to accommodate your work hours to your studies - partially remotely

What you bring We’re looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stays curious. You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning.

Active, full-time student status at a Hungarian university (BSc. / MSc.)

Fluency in Hungarian, very good spoken and written English language skills

Ability to work in teams of multicultural nature

Excellent analytical and problem solving skills

Customer and quality focus

Ready for continuous learning and improvement

Open personality and professional communication style

Internship in IT field is a plus
