Job Overview
The Product Data Management Analyst supports the accuracy, completeness, and maintenance of product master data across SAP/ PLM, and related systems. This role works closely with Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Global Product Data teams to ensure product data is correctly created, updated, and maintained to support daily operations and new product introductions (NPI). Job Requirements
Product Data Maintenance & Support
Create, update, and validate product master data in SAP / PLM systems, including:
Material master data BOM Routing, work center and basic production parameters
Perform data checks to ensure completeness, accuracy, and compliance with standards Support execution of Engineering Change Requests (ECR/ECN) by updating system data and tracking status
Operational & Regional Support
Support APAC plants with product data requests and and daily execution needs Assist in data preparation for NPI builds, pilot runs, and production ramp‑ups Coordinate with Manufacturing, PM, Quality, Sourcing, Finance and Supply Chain teams to resolve data‑related issues Participate in UAT, data validation, or system change support as assigned Annual re-costing support
Process & Improvement Support
Follow global product data governance rules, templates, and work instructions Support data clean‑up activities, audits, and reporting
Assist in process improvement, standardization, and automation initiatives What your background should look like
Bachelor’s degree or above with an engineering or technical background 0–3 years of experience (fresh graduates welcome) Internship or exposure to manufacturing, supply chain, or ERP systems is a plus Strong Excel skills preferred
