The Premium Concierge Lead will serve as the key point of contact and supervisor for members within two main entrances of premium areas. This role is designed to enhance the member's event-day experience by ensuring high levels of engagement, satisfaction, and personalized service. The Premium Concierge Lead will oversee all aspects of the event day premium member services, from facilitating access to exclusive benefits to managing requests and handling special event coordination. This position will also supervise Premium Concierge team members, ensuring that all services are executed with the highest level of professionalism and efficiency. This role pays an hourly rate of $22.00. Benefits for Part-Time roles: 401(k) Savings Plan and 401(k) matching. This position will remain open until November 6, 2026 .

Establish and maintain strong relationships with members, recognizing them as they are on-site and understanding their preferences, needs, and expectations. Actively engage with members to solicit feedback and ensure their satisfaction with premium services and amenities. Anticipate and fulfill member needs on event day before they are expressed, creating a seamless and elevated experience. Oversee event-day premium concierge operations, ensuring that requests are managed efficiently and professionally while providing a high-level premium experience. Ensure that Premium Concierge team members are consistently exceeding service standards and handling member inquiries effectively. Address and
