Guided by our Mission to alleviate pain, restore health, and extend life, our Cranial & Spinal Technologies (CST) Operating Unit develops and delivers an integrated ecosystem of spinal implants, navigation and robotic guidance systems, advanced imaging, and data-driven planning tools for complex spine and cranial procedures. Platforms such as AiBLE connect these technologies to enhance surgical precision, streamline workflows, and support improved patient outcomes around the world. This Senior Strategic Accounts Director is responsible for leading strategic program development and execution for CST Sales. The role will partner closely with cross-functional business leaders to strengthen sales capability, support learning and development initiatives, and ensure the organization is equipped with the tools, content, and structure needed to drive business performance. The ideal candidate will be a collaborative leader who can work across functions, build strong relationships, and translate business priorities into effective program strategy.
Primary Responsibilities
Align Enterprise Accounts and Operating Unit priorities with organizational strategy through Blueprint planning Ensure consistent execution across Enterprise Accounts and Operating Units to enhance customer experience and outcomes Lead the strategy, development, and execution of CST Sales and related initiatives Lead work related to ASC strategy & partnership with Enterprise Accounts Partner with business leaders, HR, and functional stakeholders to align sales priorities with organizational needs Collaborate with internal partners to shape content, structure, and delivery methods for training and development programs Assess current sales efforts and recommend improvements to strengthen impact and scalability Support communication and alignment across key stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of program plans Help establish and monitor success measures for sales initiatives and use data to guide decisions Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree and minimum of 15 years of relevant sales experience or Advanced degree with a minimum of 13 years of relevant sales experience . 10+ years of managerial experience Experience with IDNs Demonstrated experience leading large-scale programs or strategic initiatives in a cross-functional environment.
