New Accounts Representative - Deposit Operations

Support Ally Bank in the handling and disposition of all cases relating to New Accounts and Pended Applications. Provide accurate and timely processing regarding cases. Assist with research needed to resolve and decision applications. Candidate will participate in group projects, be responsible for customer care as well as providing instruction and support for the bank’s contact center.

* In office role with hybrid schedule, 3 days in office and 2 from home * Ally work locations are Lewisville, TX, preferred or Dresher, PA * Shift = Monday - Friday 9am - 6pm CT
