Truck Servicer

What you will be doing: The Irvine Distribution Center in Irvine, CA has an opening for a Maintenance Servicer in our Transportation Department.

Main responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Fueling and washing tractors and trailers, checking all fluid levels, checking all lights and tires. Changing Oil, Filters and tires, lubing equipment, BPM & APM services, and any other minor repairs which do not require a certified mechanic's knowledge. Tire Repair

Manual dexterity, overall coordination, and good balance to work both at ground level and high places Ability to stand, walk and work in close quarter, prone position for lengthy periods occasionally.

Operate heavy garage repair equipment.

Exposure to potential hazards exist with respect to equipment, work areas, tools, welding equipment, presses and other power equipment. Working conditions consist of a non-temperature-controlled environment and exposure to outside elements while performing outdoor tasks on a daily basis.

Ability to drive tractors and fuel tankers – CDL not required (Class C Required)

Ability to service vehicles

Available for any shift

Prior tire repair experience preferred

Adherence, knowledge and understanding of Safe work practices.
