Responsibilities
As a Inside Solution Engineer for Keysight EDA products such as ADS and SystemVue, you will provide post-sales technical support to our installed customer base while also supporting pre-sales activities as part of your responsibilities. Your primary duties include responding to customers’ technical inquiries, delivering customer training, and providing technical support during the pre-sales process. You will be responsible for understanding customers’ technical challenges, recommending appropriate support and solutions to meet their needs, and ensuring customer satisfaction. To achieve technical resolutions to customer inquiries, you will work closely with Product R&D and Sales organizations. Support is delivered through a variety of channels, including web portals, email, telephone, and on-site customer visits. Technical Support: Provide technical support to customers using Keysight products. Customer Education: Deliver trainings to help customers deepen their knowledge of Keysight EDA tools and enable them to use simulation tools effectively to address design challenges. Pre-Sales Support: Provide technical assistance during the pre-sales process, helping customers evaluate and understand the value of Keysight EDA solutions. Furthermore, to resolve customer issues, we work closely with our Product Development (R&D) and Sales departments to provide the best possible solutions. Support is provided through the following multiple channels: • Web portal • Email • Telephone • On-site support Through these efforts, we aim to accurately meet customer needs and achieve continuous customer success.
Qualifications
Degree in electronics or physics including RF/microwave and Digital knowledge, with typically 3 to 8 years of practical experience in System design, Digital or Circuit design. Significant knowledge of one or several of Keysight EDA Tools ( ADS) Significant background in non-Keysight EDA Tools like Sigrity, SIwave, HSPICE, HFSS environment. Good understanding of one or several of following applications: High Speed Digital including Signal and Power Integrity, RFµW, Electromagnetic. Knowledge on Power Electronics is a nice to have expertise. Fluent in written and spoken Japanese. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with customers, Sales Organization and R&D. Technical Requirements Understand customer’s design flows. Understand communication systems and/or circuit design and the application of EDA software design tools. Understand industry trends and continuously acquire the appropriate technical knowledge related to these trends. Ability to transfer his/her knowledge of EDA software usage and report activities to colleagues and customers in a professional manner. Apply his/her technical expertise to solve unique requirements through Keysight Tools Business Requirements Demonstrate a real passion for customer success.
