Work You’ll Do As an Analyst, Functional Transformation on the Government & Public Services ServiceNow team, you will be responsible for supporting transformation initiatives that improve enterprise information technology service delivery for government clients. Support functional project activities across planning, analysis, testing, and implementation phases Gather, document, and maintain business requirements, process flows, user stories, and functional specifications Assist with test planning, test execution, defect tracking, and validation of system changes Prepare client deliverables, status updates, training materials, and documentation for project teams and stakeholders Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support ServiceNow implementation activities and business process improvements A successful candidate would possess these skills: Ability to work independently and collaborate as part of a team Effective written and verbal communication skills Meticulous attention to detail and quality of work product The Team Deloitte’s Government & Public Services (GPS) practice – our people, ideas, technology and outcomes – is designed for impact. Required : Bachelor’s degree 1+ years of experience supporting technology transformation, systems implementation, or process improvement initiatives Experience gathering and documenting business requirements, user stories, process flows, or functional specifications Experience supporting testing activities, including test case development, execution, and defect tracking Experience using Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Microsoft Word for analysis and deliverable preparation Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future Active TS/SCI with polygraph security clearance required Ability to work onsite 100% of the time in Chantilly, VA Preferred: Experience supporting ServiceNow implementation, administration, or configuration activities Experience supporting federal, state, local government, or public higher education clients Experience preparing training materials or end-user documentation For individuals assigned and/or hired to work in Virginia, Deloitte is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role.
