Bachelor’s or master’s degree Fluent in verbal and written Mandarin and English . Team-oriented and driven to develop complex solutions. Strong interpersonal, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask. Interest in financial markets and macroeconomic trends. Aspiration to work with clients in relationship building and sales. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Inquisitive, focused, proactive, with good judgment and discretion.
