VIRTUAL Adolescent PHP/IOP Therapist – Outpatient Services Rolling Hills Hospital | Franklin, TN Are you passionate about helping adolescents and families achieve lasting mental wellness? Rolling Hills Hospital is seeking a compassionate and dynamic PHP/IOP Therapist to join our growing Outpatient Services team. As a PHP/IOP Therapist, you will play a vital role in providing therapeutic support to patients participating in our Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) and Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP). This position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact through group therapy, psychoeducation, crisis intervention, and collaborative treatment planning in a supportive behavioral health environment. Schedule Full-Time Monday – Thursday 11:30 AM – 8:00 PM Enjoy a consistent four-day workweek with Fridays off!

Facilitate therapeutic and psychoeducational group sessions Provide crisis intervention and support as needed Develop and maintain effective therapeutic relationships with patients Collaborate with multidisciplinary treatment teams Document services in accordance with hospital and regulatory standards Support patients in achieving treatment goals and successful transitions of care Why Rolling Hills Hospital? Education/Licensure/Certification: Master’s Degree in the Behavioral Health Field (e.g. Counseling, Social Work, Psychology) REQUIRED Current Tennessee Driver’s License Current HWC and CPR Certification Experience: Experience in providing individual and group counseling to individuals in a psychiatric treatment setting; excellent telephone etiquette and tact; ability to interact effectively with persons of widely diverse roles, backgrounds, cultures, and socio-economic classes, those in crisis or resistant or negative toward organization; effective oral and written communication skills; basic data entry skills preferred; organizational, time management, problem solving, crisis management skills necessary; flexibility, creativity, and ability to manage stress necessary.
