Key Deliverables  Works safely and supports safety within their team and across the organization.  This position is responsible for the maintenance needs at the facility. Key Responsibilities/Essential Functions

Preventive maintenance procedures on equipment and general facilities Trouble-shooting and repair of machines, including electrical and mechanical General plumbing All aspects of general electrical hook-up including running electrical to machines using conduit and correct cording General grounds-keeping of the facilities Inspect work area after work completion Maintain a safe work area by working safely, following safety guidelines, and wearing required personal protective equipment Perform any other job responsibilities directed by management as business dictates.

Safety Training, Team Meetings & Lean concepts

Participates in safety and skill training and demonstrates a high regard for safety at all times Attends team meetings Utilizes lean tools: 6s, visual factory concepts in maintaining order, cleanliness and safe work environment Participate in all required skills trainings and educational courses

Must be willing and able to wear required personal protective equipment while performing job as required by company Job Requirements

Education and/or Experience   High school diploma or general education degree (GED) Vocational School and or Technical School Graduate, may substitute for working job knowledge Core Competencies required from Employees

Knowledge of Machine Guarding Knowledge of Affected and Authorized Lock Out/Tag Out Knowledge of General Industry TOSHA and OSHA standards Ability to read electrical schematics, blueprints and diagrams Ability to concentrate and pay attention to detail Ability to communicate and work effectively with other employees
