We are seeking a visionary and results-driven Sr. Director of Engineering - Enterprise Applications to reimagine how modern cloud platforms and advanced digital solutions power enterprise financial excellence. This leader will drive the adoption of cloud-native applications, data engineering, and AI/automation to optimize accounting, consolidation, planning, and forecasting processes. By modernizing Finance systems and enabling real-time insights, this role will improve agility, resilience, and measurable business value. Effective from the date that Hasbro opens its new Boston location, this position will be onsite Tuesday - Thursday at Hasbro's new HQ location in Boston, MA. In the interim, this position will be onsite Tuesday -Thursday at Hasbro's HQ in Pawtucket, RI.

Key Responsibilities Technology Vision & Cloud Leadership

Define and execute a cloud-first strategy that modernizes Finance platforms across accounting, financial close & consolidation, planning, forecasting, and reporting. Architect scalable, secure, and resilient cloud-based Finance ecosystems leveraging SaaS, PaaS, and cloud-native solutions.
