Nationally-recognized team culture - winner of Automotive News' Best Dealerships to Work For Incredibly busy BDC Department - 2000+ leads and 300+ cars sold per month Performance-based pay plan - $15 bonus for each appointment shown and up to $25 bonus for appointments sold What You'll Bring 3+ years of call center, telemarketing, or business development experience Additional experience in retail, hospitality, or administrative roles welcomed Familiarity in basic computer systems and CRM tools Proficient in converting leads and overcoming objection over the phone Demonstrated commitment to customer satisfaction and retention What You'll Do Gather accurate customer information to create a database for continual follow-up and retention Schedule solid Sales appointments with customer call-ins, lists of sold and unsold floor traffic, previous customers, referrals, other generic leads, and service and parts customers. Develop knowledge of product information, current sales pricing, and dealership and manufacturer events and promotions. Utilize computer and phone skills within our BDC Department to increase appointments, sales, and customer retention. Total Rewards The hourly wage for this position is $16.00 with additional bonuses based on individual appointments shown/sold and manufacturer approvability. Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
