The Senior Software Engineer is a hands on, full stack contributor responsible for designing, developing, and supporting enterprise applications and integrations that enable critical business operations. This role works across backend, frontend, and integration layers, delivering high quality solutions while collaborating closely with cross functional teams and external vendors. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong technical execution, effective problem solving skills, and the ability to operate successfully within a large scale enterprise environment that requires adherence to security, governance, and compliance standards. The role includes partial ownership of technical solutions and active participation in design and architectural discussions. The Software Engineer will develop and maintain Java based customizations and extensions within TeamConnect, as well as design, build, and support integrations with internal and external enterprise systems. This role contributes directly to the reliable operation, monitoring, and continuous improvement of applications and integrations in a fast paced, agile environment.

Design, develop, and maintain Java‑based applications, customizations, and extensions within TeamConnect and related enterprise platforms. Build, support, and enhance integrations between TeamConnect and external enterprise systems using RESTful APIs, messaging, and event‑driven patterns. Develop and maintain backend services and microservices using Java and Spring / Spring Boot. Create and enhance frontend components using React JS, ensuring usability, performance, and alignment with UI/UX best practices. Write and optimize SQL Server queries and stored procedures to support application functionality, reporting, and data integrity. Support event‑driven integrations using Kafka, including producer/consumer implementations and message processing Functional Skills : 3+ years of hands‑on experience as a Full Stack Developer working in a fast‑paced agile environment Strong proficiency in Java and Spring Boot for developing scalable, enterprise‑grade backend microservices Experience building and supporting highly available and performant backend services Strong experience with modern frontend development using React , including component‑based architecture and state management Hands‑on experience integrating frontend applications with RESTful APIs Proven ability to design, build, and consume RESTful APIs Solid understanding of
