Junior Production Scheduler

The Junior Production Scheduler supports the planning of production activities by helping organize daily tasks and ensuring materials are available to keep production running smoothly.

Assist in planning and organizing daily and weekly production schedules. Help monitor production activities to ensure they follow the established plan. Support the coordination of raw materials and components needed for production. Update and maintain production schedules, reports, and basic records. Report any delays or issues in production to the supervisor. Work with Production, Logistics, and Purchasing teams to follow up on requirements. Support improvements in planning and organization processes.

Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or related (in progress or recently completed is acceptable). 0–1 year of experience (internships or academic projects are acceptable). Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). Good organizational skills and attention to detail. Willingness to learn and work in a team. Basic communication skills.
