Technology Systems & Project Engineer Haps – Fulltime For our state-of-the-art factory at Haps we are looking for a Technology Systems & Project Engineer. In this role, you will be responsible for the management and continuous improvement of technology-related systems and data, including recipe, product, and process management systems. You will ensure these systems remain compliant, reliable, and fit for purpose through effective validation, change management, and continuous improvement activities. You will drive and support continuous improvements of process, project, departmental and factory work processes and acts as a linking pin between the factory and R&I. In addition, you support the realization of innovation, renovation, productivity, secure, quality, and investment projects — either by leading them or by actively contributing within multidisciplinary teams. In this role, you will be responsible for: Management and continuous improvement of technology-related systems and Masterdata (incl. recipe, product, and process management systems) Introduction new materials and recipes into factory systems: Integrate recipes into SAP, Translate recipe requirements into operational settings for MES, PLC, and SCADA systems, Maintain full documentation Entry, maintenance and integrity of all Product- and Process data in the applicable systems and linking pin to R&I and R&I systems. Leading projects independently or contribute as a key member of a multidisciplinary project team to ensure successful implementation. Lead qualification & validation in projects at Blend & Pack and/or Powder Production Technology partner for Operations, Q&T Department and R&I About You Based on the scope and description above, the role requires 1-3 years of experience in Quality or Technology with strong proven experience knowledge of food processing technologies preferably within Infant Nutrition. Furthermore you are/have: • Strong experience in process optimization and continuous improvement • Oversee situations and processes and translating issues into effective & systematic approach • Ability to perform under pressure in a very fast paced, complex, and dynamic environment • Pragmatic, accurate and analytic • Advanced competence in Excel, SAP, MES, SCADA • Excellent English verbal and written communication skills and Dutch is a plus.
