A work home.” If that sounds like you, welcome home. This is an onsite role in the Lower Mainland / Greater Vancouver and requires 95% of time travelling to clients’ sites.
Key Responsibilities
Technical Execution: Install, troubleshoot, and optimize DDC systems. Work with the team to ensure controls, sensors, and software run right while configuring trends and alarms. Project Documentation: Maintain accurate construction records and communicate project status clearly to the team and customers Travel & Flexibility: Travel as needed and stay adaptable to changing schedules and project locations to keep field operations on track. Ready to Grow: Sharpen your skills through self-directed learning. We expect you to seek out system complexity and take on more responsibility as you advance.
Basic Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED. Hold a valid, current Driver’s License and be insurable by the company’s insurance carrier. Lift items up to 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks such as squat and climb for extended periods. Capable of working over 8 feet above grade and proficient in the use of ladders and motorized lift equipment.
Preferred Qualifications
Background: Degree or Technical Certificate in HVAC, Controls, or a related field. Technical Knowledge: Basic understanding of BAS integration and TCP/IP networking (including wireless). Experience in building automation software, such as WebCTRL, and installing building automation controls. Communication: Ability to explain technical info to non-technical people and work well within a team. Software: Proficient with Microsoft 365 applications.

This position doesn’t support immigration sponsorship. Pay Range The expected base salary range for this role is between $43,500.00 CAD - $93,500.00 CAD annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range include, but are not limited to, skills, education, experience, and other unique qualifications of the successful candidate.
