Life Solutions, part of the Optum family of businesses, is seeking a Home-Based Therapist - Per Diem to join our team in Indianapolis, Indiana. As a member of the Optum Behavioral Care Team, you'll be an integral part of our vision to make healthcare better for everyone. Home-Based Therapists provide mental health services directly in clients' homes, offering a convenient and comfortable setting for therapy. Home Based Therapists conduct individual, family, or group therapy sessions to address various mental health issues, provide crisis intervention, and develop personalized treatment plans based on thorough assessments and diagnoses. Additionally, they manage cases by coordinating services and resources, advocate for clients' needs, and help build support systems. Home-based therapists also maintain accurate documentation, collaborate with other professionals, and continuously evaluate and adjust treatment plans to ensure effective care. Schedule : 10-15 hours/week ; during the week and/or weekend Primary Responsibilities: Provide individual, family, or group therapy sessions to clients in their homes Offer immediate support and intervention during crises Fostering healthy and productive family communication Transporting families and children to necessary appointments and meetings Evaluate clients' mental health conditions, symptoms, and stress factors to
