The ideal candidate will be capable of influencing results through strategic initiatives and data-driven insights.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy Enhancement & Delivery: Lead the enhancement and delivery of the comp rater strategy, including working with manager on funding and prioritization needs, ensuring alignment with business goals. Expertise & Influence: Drive strategy for successful improvements in bridge and bind experience through knowledge of rater, APIs, quoting platforms, and competitor actions. Collaboration & Relationship Building: Develop positive and collaborative relationships with IT, Sales, Product, Underwriting, and Agency Partners. Support & Troubleshooting: Provide support to agent and sales customers, including troubleshooting calls and overall assistance. Rater Functionality Implementations: Support rater functionality implementations with high quality, minimizing disruption to agencies and members. Reporting & Monitoring: Ensure robust reporting and monitoring processes to quickly assess outcomes and deliver on rater results. Data-Driven Insights: Utilize proactive and actionable data-driven insights to optimize performance. Training & Support Materials: Ensure training and support materials to meet the needs of stakeholders. Vendor Relationships: Manage vendor relationships at an individual project level, including holding vendor partner sessions when needed. Second Quote Strategy: Ensure the strategic progression of the second quote process, including necessary reporting, monitoring, and enhancements. Technology & Agile Partnership: Collaborate with Technology and Agile teams to reduce defects, build knowledge, and ensure technical solutions meet business needs. #LI-AS1 #LI-remote Job Description Summary We are a versatile group of individuals, working together to meet the needs of our customers.
