Management Level Manager Job Description & Summary At PwC, our people in workforce consulting focus on providing consulting services related to human resources, talent management, and organisational development. They analyse client needs, develop people and organisation strategies. These individuals offer guidance and support to help clients optimise their workforce, enhance employee engagement, and drive organisational effectiveness. Those in rewards and benefits at PwC will specialise in providing comprehensive consulting services related to total rewards, compensation programmes, and employee benefits. You will work closely with clients to analyse their reward and benefits strategies, design competitive and equitable compensation structures, and develop cost-effective and attractive benefits packages. Enhancing your leadership style, you motivate, develop and inspire others to deliver quality. You are responsible for coaching, leveraging team member’s unique strengths, and managing performance to deliver on client expectations. With your growing knowledge of how business works, you play an important role in identifying opportunities that contribute to the success of our Firm. You are expected to lead with integrity and authenticity, articulating our purpose and values in a meaningful way. You embrace technology and innovation to enhance your delivery and encourage others to do the same. Requirements
Must be a Namibian Citizen . Persons with disabilities and persons from previously disadvantaged designated groups are encouraged to apply . Must have applicable diploma or degree in Human Resource management and or Organisational Development. Must have 5 years ’ experience in Human Resources, Reward, Organisational Development, Job Evaluation, or HR Consulting, with demonstrated exposure to managing client engagements and delivering HR solutions. Proven experiene in organisation development, job evaluation and grading, job analysis and job description development is required. Experience in payroll management, remuneration administration, or related reward practices will be an added advantage. Advance proficiency in with Microsoft Office Suite ( Word, Excel and PowerPoint , including the ability to analyse data and prepare professional reports. Demonstrated understanding of HR strategy, workforce planning, organisational design, and talent management principles. Willing to learn and take on challenges. Excellent work ethic and ability to produce quality. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Proven ability to build and maintain credible relationships with clients, senior management, and key stakeholders. Strong consulting, facilitation, and advisory skills, with the ability to identify client needs and recommend practical HR solutions. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high standards of quality and meeting strict deadlines . Demonstrated ability and
