 The Fabricator I role is responsible for assembling case parts and products in the Fabrication Department using machinery and hand tools.   Comply with all safety policies and procedures, including wearing proper Personal Protective Equipment Perform job duties in a manner that follows Eaton’s Quality standards and systems Assemble products using various types of equipment Use hand tools, small power tools, or other special equipment to assemble products Interpret orders and drawings to determine procedures and conduct work according to drawing specifications Conduct inspection of parts and quality checks using a variety of measuring tools Perform rework operations as required Replenish inventory of fabrication department Maintain cleanliness of equipment and work areas using Eaton’s 5S procedures #IND123 Qualifications: 
 Basic Qualifications: Must have a High School Diploma or Equivalency from an accredited institution Must have one year experience in a manufacturing setting No relocation benefit is being offered for this position. Only candidates within a 50-mile radius of Williamsburg, VA will be considered.  Active Duty Military Service member candidates are exempt from the geographical area limitation.  Eaton will not consider applicants for employment immigration sponsorship or support for this position.
