As a Tech Project Manager within Optum Technology, you will drive operational excellence and high-impact digital experiences for enterprise meeting platforms and virtual events. In this role, you will lead pre- and post-event production tasks, develop documentation and end-user training, and optimize webcast operations. You will leverage enterprise-approved AI tools and modern productivity applications to automate workflows, report viewership metrics, and deliver seamless communication solutions across the enterprise. You will enjoy the flexibility to telecommute* from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges.
Primary Responsibilities
Leverage enterprise-approved AI tools to streamline project management workflows, automate routine tasks, and drive continuous operational improvement Evaluate emerging technological trends and digital tools to inform solution design and strategic process innovation Assist in the development and maintenance of comprehensive documentation and training materials for self-service meeting platforms Manage pre- and post-event production tasks for enterprise webcasts, including video recording, editing and content chaptering Track, analyze, and report viewership metrics and event analytics to inform future operational strategies Coordinate across cross-functional teams to ensure seamless event execution and technical stability across platforms You'll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear directions on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in.
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience in event production and webcast coordination 2+ years of experience with video editing and recording post-production workflows (e.g., chaptering, editing, asset management 2+ years of experience utilizing Microsoft productivity applications (e.g., Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills with experience developing clear documentation and training content Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Communications, Information Technology, Digital Media, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience) Experience supporting self-service meeting and enterprise communication platforms Experience analyzing and presenting viewership metrics and analytics to leadership Experience leveraging enterprise-approved AI tools or automated digital tools to enhance workflow efficiency *All Telecommuters will be required to adhere to UnitedHealth Group's Telecommuter Policy. The salary for this role will range from $72,800 to $130,000 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
