Depending on your location within the continental US, this role may be hybrid or remote.
If you live within 50 miles of the Aflac offices located in Columbus, GA or Columbia, SC, this role will be hybrid. This means you will be expected to work in the office for at least 60% of the work week. You will work from your home (within the continental US) for the remaining portion of the work week. Details of this schedule will be discussed with your leadership. If you live more than 50 miles from the Aflac offices located in Columbus, GA or Columbia, SC, this role will be remote. This means you will be expected to work from your home, within the continental US. If the role is remote, there may be occasions that you are requested to come to the office based on business need. Any requests to come to the office would be communicated with you in advance.

Subject matter expert on Tier One products and portals.

Education & Experience Required
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, or a related field 6 years of professional job-related work experience Experience with external facing sales accounts
Or an equivalent combination of education and experience Travel Less than or equal to 25% Principal Duties & Responsibilities
Assists in developing long-range strategic plans, advises, consults, and coordinates activities with division management, internal departments and external customers.
Responsible for scoping complexity of integrations and coordinating all activities internally including contracts, technical integration, customer readiness, and launch plans.
Works with service providers and management on high profile launches, managing department documentation, and working with other functional groups to implement new workflows, processes, and efficiencies.
Conducts due diligence and risk assessments on prospective partners; facilitates exploratory conversations with internal business units such as actuarial, IT, compliance, product development, and operations to determine feasibility of the partnership. Requests product/process exceptions as needed;
