Facilities Maintenance Manager Parramatta NSW (Hybrid) | Full-Time Hybrid role with a major client portfolio Lead facilities operations, budgets and contractor performance Join a global leader with strong career progression opportunities About the Role We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Facilities Maintenance Manager to lead the delivery of facilities management services across a diverse property portfolio. Based in Parramatta, this highly visible leadership role will see you responsible for operational performance, contractor management, maintenance delivery, financial outcomes and client satisfaction. You'll work closely with occupiers, suppliers and key stakeholders to ensure properties are operating efficiently, safely and in line with contractual requirements. This role is ideal for a commercially minded facilities professional who enjoys leading teams, driving continuous improvement and delivering outstanding service outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Lead day-to-day facilities operations across a commercial property portfolio Manage preventative, reactive and corrective maintenance programs Oversee contractor and supplier performance to ensure contractual compliance Build strong relationships with clients, tenants and stakeholders Respond promptly to operational issues and service requests Manage budgets, forecasting, expenditure and financial reporting Coordinate annual budgets, quarterly forecasts and business plans Contribute to capital works planning and long-term asset strategies Monitor compliance, safety and risk management activities across the portfolio Ensure site documentation, reports and records are maintained accurately Analyse operational and financial performance data to drive improvements Lead, coach and develop facilities personnel and contractors About You 5+ years' experience in facilities management, property operations or building management Experience managing commercial property portfolios, large facilities or campus environments Strong knowledge of maintenance operations, contractor management and asset management Proven experience managing budgets, forecasting and financial performance Strong leadership and people management capability Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills Strong commercial acumen and problem-solving ability Experience with CMMS or work order management systems Strong Microsoft Office skills including Excel, Word and PowerPoint Tertiary qualifications in Facilities Management, Property, Engineering, Project Management, Business or a related discipline highly regarded About Cushman & Wakefield Cushman & Wakefield is a global leader in commercial real estate services, with 50,000+ employees across 60 countries.
