Proven ability to analyze and assess technology landscapes to inform strategic initiatives. Strong understanding of technology trends and their implications for government operations and services. Experience in developing and implementing technology transformation strategies for clients. Competence in delivering data-driven recommendations to enhance organizational performance. Knowledge of change management principles to effectively guide stakeholders through technology transitions.
