We are looking for an IGA Developer with hands-on experience implementing enterprise Identity Governance & Administration solutions. The role involves designing, configuring, and extending IGA platforms while working closely with business and technical stakeholders.

Design, implement, and support enterprise IGA solutions using SailPoint, Saviynt, or Entra IGA   Lead IGA architecture for identity lifecycle, provisioning, access requests, and certifications   Configure connectors for AD, LDAP, databases, and REST-based applications   Design and implement Joiner–Mover–Leaver (JML) workflows and automated provisioning   Configure access certification campaigns and Segregation of Duties ( SoD ) rules   Develop custom integrations, rules, and workflows using Java/J2EE, SQL, REST/SOAP APIs   Implement RBAC models aligned with business needs   Conduct requirements gathering and stakeholder workshops   Provide effort estimations for implementation, customization, and support activities   Prepare and   maintain   technical and design documentation     Required Skills & Qualifications  2+ years of hands-on experience in IGA implementations   Experience with at least one IGA platform: SailPoint / Saviynt / Entra IGA     Mandatory skill sets: Java / J2EE   SQL   REST & SOAP APIs   JSON   Experience with Active Directory and LDAP   Strong understanding of identity lifecycle management and access governance   Experience configuring workflows, policies, connectors, and certifications   Excellent communication and   client ‑ interaction   skills     Preferred Skill sets Strong AD & LDAP integration knowledge   Experience leading or mentoring team members   Client-facing experience with presentation skills   Ability to work in fast-paced environments     Years of Experience required: 4 Education Qualification: Any Grad Education (if blank, degree and/or field of study not specified) Degrees/Field of Study required: Bachelor of Engineering Degrees/Field of Study preferred: Certifications (if blank, certifications not specified) Required Skills
