Location: Brisbane or Canberra or Melbourne About Us: Our Work Dynamics business line works with some of the world's leading organisations to provide onsite solutions . As part of a geographically dispersed team, you will support in the provision of property portfolio management, promoting and implementing best practice across a mix of owned properties and leased premises for our Commonwealth Clients A Property Manager oversees a diverse portfolio of properties, handling various aspects including inspections, compliance, asset management, financial responsibilities, and client relationships, while collaborating with a broader team to deliver comprehensive real estate management services for Commonwealth clients.
The Role
Support in the delivery of Real Estate Management services and functions to the client property portfolio including: Manage a defined portfolio of sites which includes (but is not limited to): Property On’s and Off’s Property Inspections Finance and budgets Building/Statutory Compliance Asset Management Critical Dates Management Rent Roll Management Assistance and support with the development of client Property Management Plans Key Relationship Management Management of escalations and complaints Monthly/Annual reporting requirements What you will bring Minimum 3 year’ experience in property transactions and associated services with a track record Preferred Tertiary qualification in Property/Real Estate or equivalent. Current Real Estate Licence or Certificate of Registration. Ability to obtain and hold an AGSVA Clearance and or any additional associated Entity clearances.
