Role Objective / Purpose 1. Own high-complexity and high-risk transactions across the end-to-end policy lifecycle. 2. Lead exception management, including root-cause analysis and implementation of corrective and preventive actions. 3. Oversee quality trends, defect analysis, and stabilization initiatives to ensure consistent service delivery. 4. Provide audit support, including preparation of sample cases and collation of evidence for internal and external audits. 5. Support RPA governance, including performance monitoring, exception trend review, and improvement recommendations. 6. Act as the primary escalation point for underwriting, operations, and Third-Party Administrator (TPA) coordination. 7. Mentor L1/L2 resources and support transitions, scope expansions, and knowledge uplift initiatives.

Required 1. Deep expertise in post-bind underwriting workflows and exception handling. 2. Strong understanding of premium mechanics, taxes, and downstream financial impact. 3. Advanced stakeholder management and escalation handling skills. 4. Ability to coach and guide L1/L2 resources across quality and business nuances.

Graduate with 6–9+ years of relevant insurance/reinsurance experience. B2 Fluency in Cantonese and Mandarin (written and read). Basic English in Reading and Writing Compliance & Governance Adherence to company policies, SOPs, and information security guidelines.
