Project Leader / Deployment Manager ER S/4 projects - M/F

Airbus Commercial Aircraft is looking for an ERP S/4HANA Project Leader (f/m) to join our Digital for Operations Department based in Toulouse, France. As part of the Airbus Resources Planning (ARP) program, you will strategically architect and drive the deployment of the ERP S/4HANA solution across global operations. You will orchestrate pilot phases (Avionics in Toulouse, Cabin Electronics in Buxtehude, A220 St. Eloi) to transition 100% of the impacted scope to this unified system, sticking strictly to SAP Standards while securing production ramp-ups to pave the way for next generation aircraft. Your challenges: Drive the ARP strategy by aligning SAP S/4HANA solutions and decommissioning roadmaps with D&IM teams. Manage full project governance (quality, schedule, P&L) and arbitrate resources/risks while executing the Make-or-Buy strategy. Implement SAP Activate methodology and enforce strict SAP Standard compliance via Design Authority governance. Align senior cross-functional stakeholders across departments (1xx, Oxx, Dxx) and lead organizational change management. Apply BPRO process (Security-by-Design) and leverage cutting-edge technologies (AI, data analytics) to optimize ERP workflows. Your boarding pass: Proven experience (min 10 years) leading complex, large-scale cross-functional ERP SAP S/4HANA project deployments in multi-site industrial environments. Mastery of LBIP, Agile project management frameworks, and SAP Activate methodology. Demonstrated expertise in change management, resisting customization, and aligning senior stakeholders in matrix organizations. Strong technical acumen with the ability to leverage emerging technologies (AI, data analytics) to optimize ERP processes. Advanced / fluent level in English and French (transnational environment).
