The Opportunity
A fantastic opportunity has come up for a Senior Claims Specialist to join our collaborative team. Your proven claims experience matched with your ability to work in a fast-paced environment and find solutions will serve as an advantage when dealing with a variety of clients. As a proactive, self-motivated, and flexible individual your main responsibilities will include processing of insurance claims, communicating with multiple team members across all levels and providing support to the wider claims team. This role offers you the opportunity to use your extensive insurance experience to assist our clients in receiving their full and rightful entitlements under their policies. With so many different circumstances, no two claims are the same; so, your astuteness and inquisitorial powers will prove to be a real asset to our team in resolving the complexities that arise from time to time. Be it large or small claim, large or small client, put your interaction proficiencies into practice and deliver the Aon tradition. We are seeking people who have experience in a corporate claims environment that possess the knowledge, passion, and enthusiasm to drive and build a successful career within Aon.
About you
Proven claims experience across a range of commercial insurance risks. Willingness to use initiative and have a flexible attitude to changing workloads and priorities Well-developed verbal and written communication skills to deliver quality service Strong organisational skills and the ability to work under pressure Ability to drive claims to achieve positive outcomes for our clients and key collaborators If you consider yourself someone who is adaptable, able to deal with team members across all levels in a professional and confident manner then this is the role for you!
