In support of the Branch Network strategy and investments, the Branch Network Go-to-Market Strategy Program Management Lead will play a key role in supporting programs and initiatives tied to driving growth across the Branch Network. Core to this will be responsibility for driving forward a disciplined model for branch activation, local events and community engagement aimed at driving business growth, brand awareness and deeper connectivity between Citi’s Branch teams and the communities they serve. This individual will partner across the Branch Network, Network Distribution, Marketing, Public Relations, Wealth, Business Banking, Consumer Analytics and Community Engagement teams to support effective execution of an interdisciplinary program.
Responsibilities
Supports cross-functional program to amplify and build upon Citi’s Activation and hyper local engagement strategy through in partnership with the Small Business, Wealth, Community Relations, Public Relations, Real Estate and Branch teams Delivers against go-to-market strategies to ensure disciplined execution, accountability and returns against key Branch Network programs, including de novo / renovation investments and LMI / Community engagement Understands and documents client needs relative to areas of investment, leveraging internal partners and field expertise to develop programs that will resonate and drive value for our stakeholders Engages with sales leaders to understand and meet branch needs when supporting business growth, engagement and brand awareness through activation strategies Supports planning, directing and coordination of day-to-day activities tied to a portfolio of programs. Ensures all stakeholders are identified and included in scope definition activities and understand the program schedule and key milestones. Monitors program commitment from those assigning resources. Escalates program risks to the Program Director, or Program Sponsor, when appropriate. Appropriately assesses risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.
Qualifications
5-8 years of experience in Go-to-Market planning/execution. Sales and Service, Client Experience Strategy or a relevant field Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication Demonstrated relationship management skills with the ability to influence key stakeholders. Advanced knowledge of MS Office applications Experienced presentation skills.
