Inviting applications for the role of Principal Consultant, QA Lead- Salesforce Owns the quality assurance strategy and overall testing governance for assigned programs. Responsible for planning, coordinating, and ensuring high-quality delivery across system, integration, and user acceptance testing phases while partnering closely with business, delivery, and technology teams.

Define and own the overall QA and testing strategy aligned to business and delivery goals Plan, manage, and govern SIT, UAT, regression, and release validation activities Establish test approach, scope, timelines, and resourcing for multiple workstreams Oversee defect management lifecycle including triage, prioritization, root cause analysis, and closure Coordinate testing activities across onshore/offshore teams, vendors, and business stakeholders Ensure test coverage across functional, integration, and end-to-end business scenarios Drive adherence to QA standards, processes, and best practices across the SDLC Act as the primary QA point of contact for delivery leadership, product owners, and clients Provide regular quality metrics, risk assessments, and status reporting to stakeholders Support release readiness and go/no-go decisions based on quality indicators Identify opportunities for test process improvement, efficiency, and tooling optimization Mentor and guide QA team members, fostering execution excellence and accountability Required Skills & Experience Strong experience in QA leadership roles managing enterprise testing programs Proven expertise in Agile and hybrid testing methodologies Hands-on experience with test management and defect tracking tools Solid understanding of end-to-end testing across complex system landscapes Experience coordinating testing across multiple teams and stakeholders   Qualifications we seek in you! Preferred / Skills ISTQB or equivalent QA certification Experience testing Salesforce or other large CRM platforms Exposure to test automation frameworks and automation strategy Experience working in large-scale enterprise transformation programs Strong quality mindset with attention to risk, coverage, and outcomes Leadership and stakeholder management capabilities Analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven decision-making Ability to influence without authority in matrixed delivery environments Execution focus with ownership and accountability Qualifications Bachelors - Computer Engineering, Bachelors - Computer Science, Bachelors - Information Technology, Masters - Software Engineering Certifications Certified Software Quality Analyst (CSQA) - RomtrainingRomtraining,
