Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure infrastructure designs meet business objectives and technical requirements. - Continuously evaluate emerging technologies and recommend improvements to enhance infrastructure capabilities. - Document architecture designs and decisions to support knowledge sharing and future reference. - Assist junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow Human Resource Service Delivery (HRSD). - Experience in designing scalable and secure infrastructure architectures that integrate compute, storage, and networking components. - Strong understanding of data center operations and best practices for infrastructure governance. - Ability to define and enforce architecture standards and patterns aligned with security and compliance requirements. - Familiarity with AI-enabled environments and their infrastructure demands. - Excellent problem-solving skills and capability to provide innovative solutions in complex technical scenarios.
