Consultant IPMI (International Private Medical Insurance) Join Aon Services Corporation as an IPMI Consultant, advising on international health insurance for Belgian companies with mobile employees. This outstanding opportunity lets you become a trusted advisor, guiding clients through health risks linked to international assignments. Our consultants build tailored insurance programs that support global mobility and HR strategies by combining consultancy, broking, program management, technical skills, and business development. Responsibilities include Advising clients on international medical insurance and employee mobility solutions. Conducting market reviews, negotiating with insurers, and placing or renewing insurance programs. Managing the implementation and administration of IPMI plans. Providing technical expertise on medical expense coverage, global health programs, and related benefits. Building strong client and insurer relationships and identifying growth opportunities. Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, GDPR, and internal quality standards. Desired Profile & Key Proficiencies Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Insurance, Economics, Law, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

3-5 years in Employee Benefits, Health & Benefits, international insurance, medical insurance, or expatriate solutions, with experience in client consulting and international insurance programs. Technical Expertise: understanding of IPMI, medical and hospitalization insurance, Employee Benefits, international mobility, and insurance contracts. Commercial Skills: Client-focused approach, negotiation skills, and ability to identify and develop business opportunities. Personal Skills: communication and presentation abilities, proactive and practical approach, communication skills, and an international outlook. Languages: Proficient in Dutch, French, and English.
