NVIDIA has been transforming computer graphics, PC gaming, and accelerated computing for more than 25 years. It’s a unique legacy of innovation that’s fueled by great technology—and amazing people. Today, we’re tapping into the unlimited potential of AI to define the next era of computing. An era in which our GPU acts as the brains of computers, robots, and self-driving cars that can understand the world. Doing what’s never been done before takes vision, innovation, and the world’s best talent. As an NVIDIAN, you’ll be immersed in a diverse, supportive environment where everyone is inspired to do their best work. Come join the team and see how you can make a lasting impact on the world! Our team is looking for a Product Marketing Operations Manager to build and operate the systems, processes, and cross-functional programs that enable our Product Marketing team to work effectively at scale. We need your help to establish clear operating rhythms, improve execution, maintain visibility across priorities, and ensure product-marketing deliverables meet a consistently high standard. The ideal candidate combines technical fluency, strong program-management skills, marketing judgment, and a passion for turning complex initiatives into clear, repeatable operating models. What you’ll be doing: Build and maintain the master Product Marketing calendar, including launches, campaigns, events, content achievements, and other critical initiatives. Establish operating rhythms, including launch reviews, portfolio planning, and retrospectives. Create reusable templates, playbooks, checklists, repositories, and approval workflows that improve the quality and speed of Product Marketing execution. Build dashboards and reporting mechanisms that provide leadership with visibility into launch readiness, deliverable status, risks, resource constraints, and program performance. Identify operational gaps and use automation, AI, and modern collaboration tools to simplify workflows and improve team productivity. Review product-marketing collateral for accuracy, consistency, quality, and alignment with product strategy. What we need to see: Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, information systems, or a related technical discipline—or equivalent experience. 5+ years of experience in product marketing, product operations, marketing operations, technical program management, go-to-market operations, or a related role in the technology industry. Demonstrated passion for managing fast-paced, complex, cross-functional programs involving Product, Engineering, Marketing, and executive stakeholders. Experience designing and improving scalable operating processes, particularly for product launches, content production, or go-to-market programs. Excellent program-management skills, including planning, dependency management, risk identification, stakeholder alignment, and executive reporting. Strong editorial judgment and attention to detail, with experience reviewing technical or product-marketing collateral. Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills. Ways to stand out from the crowd: Experience supporting product marketing for AI, accelerated computing, semiconductors, cloud infrastructure, developer platforms, enterprise software, or another deeply technical product area. Experience managing a global product-launch or release-marketing program. Experience implementing AI-enabled workflows for content review, knowledge management, reporting, or program automation. Familiarity with technical content-development processes, including product-claim validation, legal review, brand review, and engineering approval. PMP, Agile, Scrum, change-management, or related program-management certification. With highly competitive salaries and a comprehensive benefits package, NVIDIA is widely considered to be one of the technology world's most desirable employers.
