Job summary

The Wellbeing Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting the design, administration, and delivery of wellbeing initiatives across PwC Africa. This dynamic role combines hands-on coordination and administrative duties with growing responsibility for event   and project   management, data integrity, and   internal and external   stakeholder communication. The incumbent will work collaboratively with multiple   regional   teams, service   providers, and   contacts   across multiple PwC Africa   countries   to ensure wellbeing programs run effectively and contribute to a positive workplace culture.   The role emphasises proactive coordination, and the ability to   work across   multiple initiatives   and deadlines   simultaneously.   The role offers an opportunity to   further   develop project management and communication skills with a view to progressing into senior wellbeing support roles.

Key responsibilities

Primary duties (non-negotiable):       Maintain, update, and verify wellbeing trackers, attendance registers, and administrative records with accuracy   which   includes   but not limited to consistent naming and live linkage to the Power BI dataset   within the agreed   timeliness .   Capture, organize, and analyze wellbeing data for reporting purposes, ensuring completeness and facilitating insights to support program improvements.   Manage the processing of invoices and payments, including document handling, tracking approvals, updating budget spreadsheets, and following up on payment status with diligence.   Independently schedule meetings, wellbeing
