Own Risk and Solvency Assessment Risk Management Framework Regulatory compliance, regulatory change and supervisory support

Governance, Internal Controls System and Three Lines Model Third-party risk management, operational resilience and business continuity

Reinsurance & capital management Internal models support

Your key responsibilities

Support client engagements across the insurance, pensions and broader financial services sector in areas such as risk management, governance, regulatory compliance, internal control, operational resilience and related advisory services. Contribute to the design, enhancement and implementation of risk, compliance and governance frameworks, operating models, policies, processes and controls. Assist clients in identifying, assessing, monitoring and managing risks, including the development of risk assessment methodologies, reporting frameworks, performance indicators and governance processes. Support regulatory and business change initiatives through gap assessments, impact analysis and implementation planning across evolving regulatory and industry requirements. Prepare high-quality analyses, reports, presentations and recommendations for management, boards, committees and other stakeholders. Participate in client meetings, workshops and project activities, collaborating with stakeholders across Insurance business, risk and control functions.

Contribute to business development activities, including proposals, thought leadership, market research and the development of innovative service offerings. Work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams, delivering high-quality services while staying informed of industry developments, emerging risks and market trends.   Skills and attributes for success
