Basic Qualifications: · Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience. · Seven to ten years of relevant professional experience in data analytics, risk management, compliance, audit, or related disciplines. Preferred Skills/Experience: · Strong experience in data analysis, data sourcing, and problem solving in complex environments. · Strong understanding of financial services, applicable laws and regulations, and regulatory trends. · Advanced knowledge of business line operations, products, systems, and associated risks. · Proficiency with data tools such as SQL, SAS, or Python preferred. · Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal guidance while collaborating effectively across teams. · Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills. · Proficient with Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel.
