Grade Level (for internal use): 07 GP Service Delivery Management Specialist (Private Capital Market, Managed Data Services ) Overview: We are looking for a dynamic, reliable, and client-facing Service Delivery Management Specialist to join our Private Capital GP Managed Data Services team. This role is suited for someone with an interest in financial data, SaaS platforms, and solving complex client issues in a structured and practical way. The ideal candidate is curious, detail-oriented, and comfortable asking the right questions when requirements are unclear. You will work with clients and internal teams to support day-to-day delivery, investigate data issues, and help keep service delivery accurate and well-managed. What you’ll work on: Client & Stakeholder Management: Serve as a point of contact for GP clients, supporting day-to-day service delivery, onboarding discussions, recurring deliverables, and client inquiries. You will work closely with internal teams across data operations, implementation, support, and product to translate client needs into clear actions and support a consistent client experience Financial Data Quality & Interpretation: Review, validate, and interpret complex financial and ownership data across GP reporting workflows, including financial statements, cap tables, portfolio company metrics, and supporting documents. This role requires someone who can understand what the data represents, not just process the data point mechanically. You will investigate data anomalies, identify root causes, spot inconsistencies across reporting materials, and work with stakeholders to maintain strong data integrity and control standards. Client Onboarding & Delivery Support: Support onboarding for client accounts, including entity setup, data requirements, reporting expectations, documentation flow, and coordination with external fund managers. You will help clarify requirements and ensure delivery steps are well-tracked and communicated. Problem Solving & Issue Management: Support client inquiries and service delivery issues related to fund data, portfolio company information, and reporting workflows. You will help assess the issue, gather the right context, communicate clearly with stakeholders, and follow through on resolution. Operational Excellence: Oversee the document workflow from initial receipt through final validation. Leverage various integrated tools and platforms to streamline operations, tighten data controls, and design workflow improvements. Continuous Improvement: Identify recurring issues, process gaps, and opportunities to improve daily workflows. You will contribute to small improvement initiatives and help strengthen how the team manages client delivery, data quality, and operational consistency. What we look for :
Experience
2-4 years of experience in client service, service delivery, data management, financial operations, or a SaaS delivery environment, with exposure to client accounts, issue management, or implementation support Interest in Finance & Private Markets: Exposure to financial services, SaaS, private markets, or capital markets is preferred, but curiosity and willingness to learn are equally important. Candidates who enjoy understanding how financial data flows, what key data points represent, and how reporting issues are solved will do well in this role. Ownership Mindset: Reliable, accountable, and comfortable taking ownership of ambiguous issues. You follow through, keep stakeholders informed, and care about delivering work that is accurate, practical, and useful for the client.
