This role independently owns execution outcomes by translating direction into delivered results, resolving ambiguity, and orchestrating cross-functional work from intake through completion. The Lead serves as a trusted execution leader for senior stakeholders—ensuring priorities move forward with discipline, rigor, and follow-through. This role is fundamentally accountable for delivery, reliability, and results across multiple concurrent efforts, and may help to inform or shape team and business strategy. May manage junior-level teammates. This job description is for use in all segments and businesses across CSBB. Own end‑to‑end execution of highly complex business initiatives, operating routines, or portfolios of work, with accountability for outcomes across multiple workstreams. 2. Translate enterprise or leadership direction into executable plans, work structures, governance, and delivery roadmaps. 3. Lead cross‑functional execution across Product, Digital, Technology, Marketing, Operations, Risk, Finance, and other partners, aligning contributors and driving accountability without direct authority. 4. Anticipate, surface, and resolve execution risks, dependencies, and trade‑offs, applying sound judgment to maintain momentum and quality. 5. Develop and deliver executive‑level analyses, insights, dashboards, and materials that support decision‑making, performance reviews, and governance forums. 6. Establish or refine execution mechanisms such as tracking structures, routines, artifacts, and controls to ensure consistency and reliability of delivery. 7. Drive continuous improvement in how work is executed by identifying root causes of delays, inefficiencies, or breakdowns and implementing practical solutions. 8. Serve as a subject-matter expert in business execution practices, advising leaders and mentoring other analysts through review of work products, coaching, and shared execution standards. 9.
