Logistics Operations Manager/Senior Manager - TikTok Commerce

About The Team: This team is responsible to be focus on developing short term and long term cost targets and related indicators of each business to ensure a reasonable cost structure and accurate data in order to drive growth and improve the end customer experience.

- Integrate the development goals of the overall international logistics business and promote project optimization through collaboration with logistics partners; - Responsible for logistics operations for Korea's local logistics business in international e-commerce, working closely with the platform’s core logistics service providers, and focusing on the continuous optimization of overall operational quality; - Identify operational issues through data analysis and gain deep insights into the root causes via field research and on-site visits, then propose and implement solutions; - Communicate and coordinate effectively with cross-functional internal teams to drive achievement of business goals.
