This role requires setting a clear vision and strategic direction for AI initiatives while ensuring that ethical considerations are integrated throughout the product lifecycle. The practitioner continuously evaluates the performance of AI models, making necessary adjustments based on real-world feedback and evolving requirements to deliver impactful and responsible AI solutions. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be a SME with deep knowledge and experience. - Should have Influencing and Advisory skills. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Drive alignment among cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive AI product development. - Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and knowledge sharing. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in AI & Data Solution Architecture. - Strong expertise in designing scalable AI architectures that meet business and technical requirements. - Experience in integrating AI models into production environments with a focus on reliability and maintainability. - Ability to evaluate and select appropriate AI technologies and frameworks to optimize solution performance. - Skilled in collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to translate complex AI concepts into actionable product features. - Competence in monitoring AI system performance and implementing continuous improvement strategies.
