Work Flexibility: Remote The   Globalization Program Manager   is a specialized thought leader responsible for driving post-launch global expansion, regulatory registration, and market commercialization portfolios across international markets. Moving beyond standard design-control cycles, this role   establishes   and executes integrated, cross-functional globalization strategies while ensuring alignment with corporate portfolio priorities, regional demand signals, and budget, scope, and schedule requirements.   As a primary bridge between business units,   the PM   applies expert-level governance to navigate the complexities of international pre-commercialization, regulatory pathways, and global market clearances. They   are responsible for   evaluating market entry feasibility, filtering dynamic portfolio inputs, and ensuring seamless execution across diverse functional, divisional, and group-level stakeholders.   To support collaboration across global time zones, we are seeking candidates located in the Eastern or Central Time Zones. To learn more about Stryker’s Neurosurgical portfolio click here:   https://www.stryker.com/us/en/nse.html   What You Will Do   Lead the planning and execution of post-launch global market expansion programs across   priority   and emerging international markets.   Evaluate market entry opportunities using financial models, regional demand forecasts, and supply chain considerations to support portfolio decisions.   Develop and execute globalization strategies that align business priorities, regulatory requirements, budgets, timelines, and resource plans.    Serve as a subject matter expert on global registrations process, international regulatory pathways, and market clearance requirements, including region-specific regulations.    Drive alignment across Research & Development, Regulatory Affairs, Operations, Quality, Engineering, and Marketing teams to support global commercialization   objectives .    Assess, prioritize, and govern portfolio opportunities using data-driven analysis to support business and market expansion decisions.    Identify   and mitigate regulatory, operational, commercialization, and portfolio risks to support project execution and prevent downstream business impacts.    Prepare and present business cases, technical reports, portfolio analyses, and program updates for executive leadership and governance reviews.

What You Will Need

Required Qualifications   Minimum   bachelor’s degree   in Engineering , Biomedical Sciences, Business Administration, or   a related   field.   Minimum 8 years of experience in project management, program management, or engineering with a highly regulated industry.    Experience managing international product commercialization, regulatory registration, or market expansion programs.   Experience managing cross-border, multi-site   project   or program portfolios.   Experience supporting global regulatory submissions, registrations, or product clearances.

Preferred Qualifications
