The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do so Required Qualifications: Completed high school and is currently enrolled in a university or college internship course Must be in junior or senior/graduating year in university or college degree program related to Business, Human Resources and Behavioral Sciences and other related disciplines 300+ internship hours as required by a university/ college recognized as an academe partner of Optum in the Philippines Ability to render 100% of internship hours at any of the Optum recruitment centers in the Philippines Above average academic standing Not in any disciplinary proceeding or subjected to any disciplinary sanction/s by the school Fluent in verbal and written communication in English At UnitedHealth Group, our mission is to help people live healthier lives and make the health system work better for everyone.
