Maintain accurate records for direct materials, reconcile discrepancies, conduct root cause analysis, and drive corrective action Work closely with Operations, Production Control, Manufacturing Engineers, Department Auditors, and other factory teams to ensure inventory accuracy Participate in Cycle Counts and Monthly Financial Inventory Audits Develop innovative and proactive methods to identify and resolve inventory issues before escalation

2 or more years in roles that demonstrate a working knowledge of Material Flow 2 or more years in a manufacturing environment 2 or more years demonstrating a high level of attention to detail and accuracy 2 or more years collaborating with peers and teams cross functionally

What Makes You Standout

Cross-functional work experience in Materials and at least one other function and/or factory Experience or certifications in Root Cause Analysis methodology Fluency in SAP with experience in warehouse environments Ability to collaborate and drive action within cross-functional teams Proficient in analyzing extensive data sets to uncover emerging trends and issues, ensuring timely and informed decision-making Understanding assembly line and process design, material presentation and delivery, and corresponding visual management tools

Education Ideally, you will have a degree or equivalent related work experience in the following:

High School diploma or GED or equivalent work experience
