About this role
About the Team
The Global Sustainability and Community Impact Team is a dynamic group working to help communities, merchant partners, and Dashers thrive. From broadening food access, to supporting small businesses through innovative partnerships and programs, to promoting environmental sustainability through the power of the DoorDash platform, we are at the cutting edge of public policy and community issues. Through our flagship Food Access initiative, Project DASH, social impact organizations have completed over 8 million deliveries of an estimated 135 million meals to people in need across the US and Canada.
About the Role
You will play an integral role in supporting Project DASH. Your operational excellence will be a primary reason that partners choose our platform to serve their communities to deliver tens of millions of meals every year.
You will be the operational backbone of our team, mastering our internal tools to ensure that partners are set up to succeed on our platform. You will ensure that our team addresses any issues our partners experience promptly and with empathy. You will manage relationships with many of our Project DASH partners, and you will train and onboard new partners. You will focus on supporting our US partners, though your portfolio will expand to include international partners. Additionally, a significant part of this role is managing our Partner Support Specialist, who you will work with closely to ensure stellar partner support.
You will report into our Global Sustainability and Community Impact Team within the Public Policy organization.
You’re excited about this opportunity because you will…
• Gain hands-on, detailed fluency with our logistics platform to unlock its full value for our community partners
• Demonstrate customer obsession by ensuring partners consistently receive timely and helpful responses to their inquiries
• Deeply understand and anticipate partner needs, building relationships grounded in trust
• Onboard and train new partners, ensuring that they feel supported
• Work both independently and collaboratively, including with cross-functional teams
• Conduct data-driven analysis of complex partner issues and escalate to cross-functional partners as needed
We’re excited about you because…
• You have 2+ years of experience in operations, partner management, program management, consulting, strategy, or related experience
• You have a Bachelor’s Degree
• You are passionate about our mission to broaden food access; comfortable in (though not required to have direct experience in) the nonprofit sector
• You build trust with partners, cross functional partners, and external stakeholders through clear, empathetic communication
• You are a structured problem-solver who can use SQL to analyze data and drive decisions
• You thrive in fast-paced environments, prioritizing well across competing demands
• You are detail-oriented and an eager learner, using your knowledge to improve processes
We expect this position to be filled by 9/23/2026.
