SUMMARY The Program Manager is pivotal in leading cross-functional teams through the Offer Lifecycle Process (OLP) to deliver high-quality products and solutions, ensuring optimal customer experience, schedule adherence, cost efficiency, and supply continuity. They oversee the program's lifecycle, from development through launch and sustainment, integrating complex business factors to achieve strategic objectives and support business acquisition. For roles managing engineering project schedules and deliverables, use the Engineering Project Management job family. ACCOUNTABILITIES
Leads cross-functional teams worldwide to deliver products, services, or solutions, ensuring they meet or exceed objectives related to cost, quality, schedule, features, and customer needs Utilizing business processes such as the Aggregate Product Planning process and the Phase Review Process, manages program execution from development through launch and sustainment, aligning with strategic business objectives and maintaining ISO compliance through regular audits and reviews Influences at various organizational levels as a subject matter expert, building high-performance teams to define product goals and manage the creation, review, and approval of key program documents Oversees the development and approval of Offer Lifecycle deliverables, manages major risks and issues, and ensures cross-functional alignment with program changes and performance reporting Prepares core teams for ISO Audits to maintain corporate compliance, communicates with sales organizations/customers for business development, and manages non-product cross-LOB initiatives Simultaneously manages multiple programs, addressing risks and issues, and communicates program adjustments and post-mortem findings to enhance future phases
