About the Role
Grade Level (for internal use): 07 The associate will be part of a dynamic team, responsible for all onboarding, data research , and processing functions on the Loan Operations Team which primarily supports ClearPar users and their system functionality needs . In this position, you will gain exposure to an exciting financial market and interact daily with our clients of varying levels of seniority . This is an exciting opportunity to learn about finance, banking , syndicated loan market , and Software as a Services (SAAS) technology. As an Associate, you are expected to support our clients and the business with operational duties and all trade support functions to ensure sufficient trade and syndicated facility data integrity. These include but are not limited to guiding clients thru our interface, creation of Primary and Secondary trades, managing closing of trades, accurate reviewing of the documentation, timely execution of requests from clients and daily review and action of control and exception reports. Strict adherence to processing deadlines, quality-controlled operational processes, and LSTA standards for processing and closure of primary and secondary par loan transactions and/or trades. You will be responsible for p ro-actively identifying internal and external trade and system related issues effectively. This will also require the ability to work seamlessly with internal partners and management on resolution plans and/or additional escalations . Your ability to c apture and channel user feedback through proper communication and listening skills is imperative. You will be required to partner with leaders, peers, product associates, sales, and relationship managers on required projects to service our clients and facilitate the continuous improvement of our products and services. You should be willing and able to cross train with neighboring divisions of the firm to provide an agile workforce capable of handling issues and engaging with joint clients. Working hours: 6:00 PM IST - 3 :00 AM IST What We’re Looking For : Positive, proactive attitude and ability to work well in team environment Fluent English speak ing, reading, and writing abilities Exceptional skills in listening to clients, articulating ideas and complex information in a clear and concise manner Proven record of maintaining strong relationships with senior members of client organizations, addressing their needs, and maintaining a high level of client satisfaction Goal and action orientated, with ability to organize, multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment Ability to manage projects independently when required Customer service experience from any field is a plus!
Basic Qualifications
